Two-fer!!!!

Xander had his first two teeth removed!!!! Unfortunately his new two lower incisors were coming in too far back for the baby teeth to exfoliate so we had them pulled. Get this....for AED 400 or $108!!! You can't even breathe in the dentists office in the US for that much....right Mark?
